Took almost 2 months for me to finally get it in the mail and once I received it, I was pretty disappointed in the quality of the product. Its a good thing its pretty cheap because if they charge more than the $8 then it would be a sham. The quality of the photo is NOTHING like how its advertised. The color of my photo on the product is dull and the clarity just got thrown out the window and my quote that I used on the back looks like it was smudged like a runny watercolor. Very cool and unique idea but the execution needs MAJOR improvements. You cant have a product take this long to receive and look this bad.

I placed an order for 2 prints going to 2 different addresses on March 25, 2015, and still have NOT received EITHER. I also emailed their customer service and never got a reply. They took my money and gave me nothing. Plus, every time I try to login to my account on their website, I keep getting routed back to the login screen (which I tried doing in both Safari and Chrome on a mac). DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!

Ive placed two orders through this site. One never arrived even after shipping. Was told to give it a while. On the second order, I found a typo and requested it be canceled so that I could fix and reorder. I was told it would be canceled and that I would get an email confirmation. I followed up on this when I never received the confirmation and never received a response. This morning, I got a notification that the order was shipped! If it truly arrives with the typo, Im going to be embarrassed. The customer support phone number on their site is fake (888-555-1212). Im starting to think this is a scam and theyve planted some positive reviews to hide it.

This is such a great idea, and I think the pricing is appropriate. However, the lengthy and unpredictable delivery time means I will probably not use this app again. I ordered one for myself to test it out. Well over a month later, and I still have not received the product. I understand it is coming from another country with shipping delays. We live far away from our family on both sides, and this would be the perfect way to send a little love, but not when it takes over a month.

My photos came out great! Beautiful quality but, shipping can take over a month depending Okay where you are. So order in advance!

I realize it is coming from Vietnam but there are no details about how long it takes in the app. Had I known it was this long, I wouldn’t have bothered. The photos are old now — that’s if I ever receive them!

I ordered on 3/27/15, got an email saying it was shipped on 4/3/15, but I didnt get charged until 4/23/15 a whole month later! It is now 5/5/15 and my order still has not been received. Waste of time and money.

After waiting over 25 days to receive my order I contacted wood post customer support who explained to me that their production facility is in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam which results in long shipping times. Unless my order is being delivered via some combination of bicycle / paddleboat messenger across the South China Sea and Pacific ocean from "Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam" then woodpost has failed to adequately explain why their company is unable to fulfill my order inside the promised time. I have ordered products produced in many countries all across Southeast Asia and never had to wait more than a week. I asked for a refund several times and have yet to receive it. It has now been 35 days and still nothing. I would suggest using your $3 to buy some Crayons then take your other $5 and draw picture of yourself on it and then light that five dollars on fire and you would get more out of the $8 then you would have by spending it on Woodpost.

I ordered on March 25, received an email saying it shipped on March 31 (10-14 business days for delivery); now it is May 10 (28 business days from the email notification) and STILL no product to review. It will not allow me to login online to notify them. I sent them an email ("Give Feedback") through the app, so I wait for the product and/or a response.

This is a fine idea, but the product was never delivered (it sounds like many have had this experience), and it required multiple emails to get a refund. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered it a month ago and it hasnt been delivered. Refund me please.

So far Ive waited two months for delivery of the prints. Ive reached out to the company twice with no response.

The app seems cool and if it did what it said I wouldnt be writing this review. I ordered from these people weeks in advance for Mothers Day and received two days late. No tracking on shipments and the product we received had corners that were chipped. Youre better off getting this from Walmart and picking it up then ordering from this app. Never again for me...

Placed 2 orders, they never been delivered after 2 months and 15 days. They said they will deliver soon if not will refund. They never did. Stay away from Woodpost.

The app is great, the wood cards look fantastic. The quality of material is worth the price. I also use inkcards and this a great supplement for sending cute photos to the girlfriend and mom. However, the cards are produced overseas and can take a hot minute to get there. Ordered on June 4th, gets there on June 22nd.

This is the coolest app! Great way to send easy, inexpensive gifts to clients or friends.

I love the idea of sending a wood post card. I was using a regular postcard app and love it but Id like to try this app for mothers day. I played with this app and so far i think its fine. One suggestion id like to make is to please add an option to schedule a desired date of delivery. ( I like to pre-make all my cards and just schedule them to be sent out on a specific date) I would have bought one already if this feature would have been available. I will update my review once I have actually used it to send out a "wood post". UPDATE: I sent out 2 woodposts. One of them looked bad quality, it was really blurry. The second one looked okay but not worth $8.00. I was not thrilled about them. I deleted this app. I will stick to the app "Ink Cards" (only $2.00) sorry wood post, it looks like you need better quality wood printers or cheaper prices.

I ordered a set of photos for a friend that collects and displays magnets on her fridge. The pictures were top quality, and she loved them. I have just ordered more to share with additional friends. The only downside is the order takes a long time to arrive, since it is coming from outside the U.S. it is worth the wait!

The pictures are faded and blurry. Woodpost ships from Singapore with no tracking information. It took almost a month to receive and they didnt respond to the three emails I sent. Not worth any money. Anybody who liked this app most work for Woodpost. Extremely underwhelming product.

Quality is ok, but not great. I dont know where they ship from, but it took weeks for my small order to reach my recipient.
