Great concept, bad execution

This is such a great idea, and I think the pricing is appropriate. However, the lengthy and unpredictable delivery time means I will probably not use this app again. I ordered one for myself to test it out. Well over a month later, and I still have not received the product. I understand it is coming from another country with shipping delays. We live far away from our family on both sides, and this would be the perfect way to send a little love, but not when it takes over a month.
