Très bon service !

I ordered 2 photos on 1 June, one for Paris one for Turkey and now 20 days past I still didnt receive any of them!!! When I sent them a email, guess what, Yeah, no one replied! And I left bunches of massages on their Facebook, guess what, yeah, again, no one replied! Then I found so many angry complains on Facebook! Damn, I really should have read them before the order! So now, if you think this is really a nice app, think twice!!!!!!!!!

On May 6, I ordered and paid four (4 !!!) WoodPosts by PayPal which have not yet arrived and the customer support also has not yet replied to my 3 requests. Im really disappointed!

If these are from China you have to understand its not the manufacturers fault. They just recently passed a law where all packages leaving China must go through customs & they could care less when you get your packages. Its affecting their business terribly & its sad. So if you order it, just expect a wait. Youll get it & its very cool. It has a magnet on the back also. Try to go easy on the ratings. Theyre doing their best under the circumstances. :)

It took 26 days for the postcard to get to me. This is far past the advertised 15 days. I contacted Woodpost four times and they kept making excuses. At first it was wait one more day. Then next it was wait five more days. Then it was if it hasnt reached you by x date then we will see about a refund. I had to threaten reporting them for fraud to get a refund. They were very reluctant to issue a refund and I still havent actually seen it, though I got an email saying it was issued. The product itself is a joke. Thick and crude and it looks like they color "corrected" my photo. What was a vibrant and gorgeous photo of a temple in India is now a washed out orange mess. I can in no way recommend this all or service. Woodpost has no redeeming qualities.

Intuitive UI, paypal integrated, cute but minimalistic designs. Ive already ordered two. Im fine with a little wait time.

Bad news first: as noted in other reviews, shipping times are the worst. I ordered on March 20. I was notified of shipment on March 23. I received the item today, April 23. Products are shipped from Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Good news: this is a great product! I highly recommend it. The app is extremely easy to use and the wood pictures look great! If the developer can improve the shipping it would be a five-star product.

Its a cool idea but before you order, understand you will have to wait over a month to get it. I ordered and waited for quite awhile before contacting customer support. They got right back to me and asked for a couple more days to deliver. I did eventually get my order. The product is nice but I will not be ordering anymore due to the extremely long wait times.

Havent recieved my order

Great app but no delivery of product in sight. It has been over a month since I placed the order and was notified of shipment but yet to receive it. If this app owner seriously wants to grow and do business then shipping is the area to fix.

Finally got mine after 21 "business" days. There was a chip on the side of it, looked opened from customs (maybe)? Good idea, but after this, I wont be ordering anymore. Far too long... damaged item... Save your money and go to somewhere local for something else!

They say "Patience is a virtue". This product is awesome. The wait is long, but what I received passed my expectations. The rendering was exactly as I uploaded. BE PATIENT, it is worth the wait.

Save your money. Like most reviews, shipping was late, but I wasnt in a rush. Quality is poor. Wood is cheap. Poor packaging - corners chip during shipping. Colors arent accurate. Photo was printed off center on wood, shopping a thin line of wood at the top of the 7x7. Not much positive to say here. Get back to the drawing board and figure it out.

Cool idea! Something different to send. It would be nice if you could pay to expedite the order.
