Used it 3 times and all 3 times it looked great !! Great way to send photos to grandparents!!!

I placed a photo order like 3 months ago AND I RECEIVED NOTHING. I contacted customer support and they kept me waiting for HOURS Please dont let this people steal your money. Good thing my photo print was only $9.99

And theres no pricing on your website. I have to download your app to find out how much your products are?! I went from ready to order to delete.

Seriously cant understand how this app keeps getting featured on the App Store. I fell for it the first time around and thought Id never receive the two wood posts ordered. After I had given up and requested a refund multiple times, they arrived. Was about 30-60 days after ordering. Mothers Day had come and gone, so these just became random gifts. Like others have said, the print quality was poor. Colors were washed out and low resolution or blurry. The wood itself was nice and the little stand perfect. Magnets work great for fridge display. I would suggest they get their print quality up -- cute or nice product cant make up for a muddy picture. I deleted and wont be back. Wasnt going to re-post this but they updated app and didnt mention any changes to these issues. And Apple seems to base their recommendations on how pretty an app is instead of the product its selling.

Let me start by saying I ordered a portrait sized postcard, and that is what I am reviewing, as I did not purchase a larger product, I am unsure of the quality but the quality of the postcard is just beautiful. I was wary when ordering due to the previous negative reviews but being that it was a present and only $8, I gave Woodpost my trust and they did not disappoint. It arrived in the shipping time stated, between 15 - 30 days, I had mine in 17. Simply be patient, my product was worth it. My partner loved it, he was very pleased and excited. The provided postcard stand is wonderful, it looks beautiful on display and on the back is a magnet to display on the fridge. I hope my review will help others with ordering. Really a beautiful product and concept. I am excited for future progress and products

The app works perfect. But be prepared when you order it will take more than a month to receive your order. I placed my order early November and still have not received it. Buyer beware!

I ordered a picture probably 1.5 months back but I am yet to get it. Now I am starting to feel this is a scam app. They dont care about support. Not sure how to get in touch. I feel scammed right now.

The material itself looked good but the printing was awful. I was disappointed as I ordered several pieces of the same print and the colors and printing quality were not consistent.

I ordered a postcard and on rush. I got it on time. It looks good but the color is not exactly what it looked like on my cellphone. The picture is shiny on the wood and it would have looked better mate finish. All in all it turned out good

Be prepared for a lengthy wait to get these, but its nothing thats not manageable. The quality is fantastic - it depends on the picture you upload. The price is pretty awesome, too. Its a great and thoughtful gift for someone.

I shipped an order to my significant other for Christmas. It was placed 11/26 and the app estimated that it would be delivered by 12/21. Its now 1/3 and it still hasnt arrived.

Waste of time and money. I havent received my order and I havent heard anything from the company about my purchase. I want my money back! #DontBother #Annoyed

I really want to like this app and service, but A) your prints look like they came out of a free cannon bubble jet printer from the 90s and B) I ordered one portrait print and it took over a month to arrive! Really??? Have some better shipping options. Get it together.

It used to be 7.99 for a postcard, but its $12 and 5-7 day shipping was free with the order of 6-7 postcards. Sad because I did like their product.
