Beware of terrible customer service

Ive placed two orders through this site. One never arrived even after shipping. Was told to give it a while. On the second order, I found a typo and requested it be canceled so that I could fix and reorder. I was told it would be canceled and that I would get an email confirmation. I followed up on this when I never received the confirmation and never received a response. This morning, I got a notification that the order was shipped! If it truly arrives with the typo, Im going to be embarrassed. The customer support phone number on their site is fake (888-555-1212). Im starting to think this is a scam and theyve planted some positive reviews to hide it.
