Deplorable Product & Service

It took 26 days for the postcard to get to me. This is far past the advertised 15 days. I contacted Woodpost four times and they kept making excuses. At first it was wait one more day. Then next it was wait five more days. Then it was if it hasnt reached you by x date then we will see about a refund. I had to threaten reporting them for fraud to get a refund. They were very reluctant to issue a refund and I still havent actually seen it, though I got an email saying it was issued.

The product itself is a joke. Thick and crude and it looks like they color "corrected" my photo. What was a vibrant and gorgeous photo of a temple in India is now a washed out orange mess. I can in no way recommend this all or service. Woodpost has no redeeming qualities.
